Airplane Art - Serious Biker

This is the last of my Airplane Art series - sketches that I drew while on various flights for my recent trip to Oklahoma/Texas.Of the four sketches, this is the one that I like the least. It's a bit too rough for me. Also, my lettering got too crowded. I ran out of room. So I ended up crowding the letters together. But, hey, it is what it is - airplane art.

I drew this while on a puddle-jumper going from San Fran. to Medford, OR. The flight attendant was really impressed. I ended up drawing her a thank you note - of sorts. She seemed really impressed with that as well. Flight attendants are easily impressed.

Now that you've seen all four pieces, which one do you like the best? My favorite is my first post: "Make Some Hay." What do you think?

P.S. Are you looking for the egg men?

I love your site. I read on down through the whole first page. You are an awsome artist/cartoonist. I loved the Spicy Tomato drawing! My whole house smells like tomatoes right now. I think I'll have to decline more free offers!

Vanilla Dr. Pepper is awesome. I think the only place you can get it is at a diner or, where we usually get it, at Sonic.

I'm sure it's what a Dr. Pepper float tastes like...never tried that though.

By the way, how did you find my blog?

I have always been happy with producing a decent stick figure for my art. Great pics! I like the farmer too. Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog, good to know there might be others reading it :)

Rick,

I like the fat music guy.
Also, I wanted to tell you what an AWESOME job you did for Dawn (mom2my6pack)! I had first "lurked" here back in September and saw your "Someone for Everyone" drawing. (I'm glad none of her crew looks like that ;o) ). You are a talented artist. Great job depicting each of her family members. Good luck.

Ohh. Okay. I love her blog too! It reminds me of my life with my young kids. She's hilarious.

For a moment I was thinking, "Okay, Oregon... Do I know someone from church that moved to Oregon?" as the only way I could know anyone from there (as I have no family there) would be through church.

Thanks for the compliments on the phone. I love it. Better than the natural grey that the phone is (yuck).

By the way, my hubby loves motorcycles and one day wants to get another one. He sold his last one and I thought that would be the END of his motorcycle phase--wrong. His last motorcycle was an interesting vehicle. There was always something going on with it. Hmmm. Maybe I'll write a blog about that one of these days. Neither of us miss that beast.

So, I think I prefer Fat Music of the four you presented. Just returned from the UK so that's why I'm a little late in voting.

I'm enjoying your blog and your art! It's fascinating to see creativity online. I think I've gotten too much biz stuff from other sites so your approach is fresh & innovative - keep going!

I loved the Spicy Tomato drawing. I think my favorite part is the lettering and the look on that tomato's face. I just really liked it.

I made my way to your site from Dawn's blog. Great job on her drawing, after seeing her "real" pictures you really captured their look.
