Super Turkey

You'd better purchase your turkey early this year. With Super Turkey on the job, I understand that the traditional Thanksgiving bird is going to be a lot more difficult to find.

I'm not kidding here!!

Perhaps you should Copy & Share If You Dare the doodle to get the word out to the unsuspecting public out there. I'd hate to see their holidays ruined.

There are certain responsibilities that come with having important information like that.

So, get on it!

Check here for last year's Thanksgiving illustration.

Also: Laura, my peachy friend, told me about this photo she posted on her blog. It's a door in her home that is "decorated" with some of my doodles that she and her daughter colored. (Hi Martha!)

It just seems bizarre to me to see a photo of a door in Georgia that is covered with my artwork.

You can also see the doodle I did of the both of them for Christmas last year. I think that was the final Christmas doodle I did last year. What a relief to get that in the mail. More strangeness to see my art hanging there as well.

Nice coloring there ladies!

we have added a couple KING couch potato which mike got a big kick out of and chocolate attack and I sure do see super turkey arriving soon! We do very much enjoy the doodles and particularly the inspirational ones... With all that has gone on here in our world this past year its wonderful to see those verses and to be reminded daily that God is still in control :)
Yeah I think we pushed the timing limit last year for mailing doodles... we got them was it the 23rd or 24th? I remember taking them and rushing off to Augusta to Stephanies job and she and I framing and wrapping them in the parking lot on her break! :)
HUGE hugs Laura And Martha

To Laura: By "inspirational" you mean illustrations like Super Turkey, right?

I'll keep this one for December - as our turkeys get to see an extra month here in the UK!

Oh and I hate to be picky but it's 'Bizzare' unless you're referring to a large gathering of market stall holders in the middle east.
Sorry!

To Tismee-2: Thanks Gail. I had a bizarre time trying to look that one even. With you help I found it, but even your spelling didn't match what I found.

Don't feel bad about your comment Rick, you're right! I really beat the heck out of that car with my brush and I know better then to do that. But, lesson learned. It was a great exercise and now I have more confidence when it comes to painting cars. I might play with this one since it's going to burn anyway just to see what I can do to it from here. Thanks for being honest, I appreciate it!

I went to thecutestblogontheblock.com The way they have you do it does't mess with your lay out just changes the background. You go into the layout and add it to the html in the "add a gadget" spot.

Eeeeek! You are really making me NERVOUS about thanksgiving dinner! This year is my very first time to host it for my big family of 23!!!

And that is neat about your artwork being posted on someone's door. I used to draw band fliers years ago and people told me some 10+ years later that they collected them and saved them. Great feeling, isn't it?
