Baby Sitter

This is just another nonsense doodle. I don't know if you can find a place to use this one, but you're welcome to try - Copy & Share If You Dare. Erase the label and put another caption on it if you want. I don't care.

I've done a bit of baby sitting in my day. I had one family with four children that use to run me crazy. I made the mistake of introducing them to playing "monster." I was the monster and they'd run to the safety of the "base," or rather, the family room couch. Over and over again they wanted to play that game. To give myself a break, I always wanted to play a game you could call, "See if you can untie this knot." Alas, they usually could.

Poor children, who knows what nightmares they suffered after I left. But they kept on wanting me to come back, so I guess they weren't too traumatized.

I thinking I saw that same look on my father's face a time or two during my teenage years. Scary I tell you, just scary!

Sound like a WONDERFUL babysitter! Love the drawing; it reminds me of a babysitter I had as a young child. :)

Oh, my son would love playing monster, he'd never get tired of that game!

Your drawing looks like one of our sitters at the end of the night when she's finally figured out that she can't take her eyes off of our boy for a moment.

Great character drawing!

Kids usually love playing games like that. If you really wanted to get to them, tell them to do their homework, or no snacks!

I used to have a babysitter that would throw herself down the stairs for us, so we could play doctor on her and delay going to bed.

Spoooky! That looks so much like my old French Teacher. French and I just weren't meant to be and she made me suffer for it.

I got 'the eye' many a time in her dull class.

It's always dangerous introducing a game to kids. You got to make sure you can handle playing it for 2 hours!

hey whatever works! The monster game probably entertained the kids, right?

I am thinking this drawing would look like my dept manager, if it were a woman! LOL

He He... you brought back a memory, the first and only time that my cousin babysat for my brother and I. My cousin was a nice guy, he tried to play games and such, like hide and go seek, or chase us around the house. My brother came up with this "great idea" and he planned it with me. My cousin was playing chase with us, we both ran outside in the front yard. My cousin ran after us.... then my brother and I both ran back inside the house, each going through one of the two doors and we turned the door and locked it. We locked my cousin out of his own home and wouldn't let him back in! He was livid when his Mom family got home from work. Lol. We were bad kids at times.
