Yes Madison, There Is A Tooth Fairy, But...

The other day I was doing a little blog surfing and found a funny post by Jennifer regarding her daughter Madison. After reading it I began to have another doodle start brewing in my whittle brain.

Last night I woke up thinking wedding thoughts and couldn't get back to sleep. Soooo... in true cartoonist fashion, I began to scratch out this piece.

I fear that Jennifer might not want to show it to her daughter - kinda' creepy don't ya think?

Here's to you Madison and the entrepreneur spirit you display when dealing with the Tooth Fairy.

Another Copy & Share If You Dare doodle.

Also, if you enjoyed the last post please check out Margaret's response to my comments. She did a good job tying things up a bit.

Thanks Margaret. You're very kind and very funny.

Also, if you enjoy art, and the idea of winning a very nice print, check out Melanie's blog where she's giving away what I consider to be a very nice example of her work.

another great doodle! Somehow I always envisioned the tooth fairy as rather gruesome I mean what beautiful woman who has wings and a magic wand in her right mind would want to collect grubby bloody baby teeth ... sheesh!
:) Laura
ps Helen cracked me up ... put her name on your Harley... ok I just wish I had thought of it first!

Great blog, great doodles!

However, I've got a problem with that okra post. The FDA has banned okra where I live - one of the few good things they've done. Can't believe you posted that for the whole world to see. Your poor family.

I love, love, LOVE that drawing!!! It is actually probably very similar to what Madison envisioned the Tooth Fairy looking like...which is why until recently she would only put her teeth under her pillow during the day. She was petrified of the Tooth Fairy coming into her room at night when she was alone.

Since she is finally over her fear of the Tooth Fairy, I think I'll wait until she is older to show her your drawing. Either that, or save it for a day when she is being very ornery! ;)

Thank you!!!

Great doodle! Maybe if kids saw this, they would think twice about wanting money from the tooth fairy! LOL

I don't have kids but I' have 2 nieces. Would it be wrong to show them this doodle as a way for them not to ask for money from the tooth fairy? :op

To Bee: Feel free to copy and share - I've done my part. The consequences of sharing are totally on your shoulders.

Oh man, now if the tooth fairy looks like that when my kiddo's tooth comes out, that may be the first and last time she wants a visit from the tooth fairy.

(Now come to think of it, that *would* save us some cash over the next few years....)

Thanks for pointing me in your direction - this was great and I love your blog! Cheers!
