This illustration was destined for an underground newsletter, of sorts. I never saw it, and actually, I never heard if there was any kind of backlash. But the client was pleased.
I liked how the drawing turned out. For me, it works. Usually, I don't like how my horses turn out, but these beast of burden turned out fairly well, I thought.
The pen is mightier than the sword, and a doodle from a pen can be fairly sharp too. (Boy, that sounds deep, doesn't it?)

Ha - I like it! And there are probably an infinite number of situations to which it applies - various associations, organizations, levels of government.....
Thanks for stopping by my little blog spot. I'm lovin your drawings, very funny stuff. Nice scooter, btw. I've been on mine a few times this year. Currently waiting for rain to wash the salt & cinders off the roads. Blessings, Susan
Poor horses! Some days I have that same look on my face.
Sorry I missed your BD last week. The third was my BD as well. What a small world :o) Happy belated Birthday!
Thanks for stopping by my blog and elaborating on the Otis trivia. Much appreciated. :)
I'm liking your illustrations a lot. I wish I'd have happened upon them sooner for consideration of a Valentine's gift, but I'll keep his birthday in mind.
