Thanksgiving vs Christmas

Why is Thanksgiving better than Christmas? Because the turkey is real and Santa is not. AND! the turkey is coming to your house whether or not you've been naughty or nice.
Another sketch that I did on a plane. It kind of looks like a cross between a turkey and a vulture. Probably a lot of dark meat on this one. I like white meat. How about you?

LOL, Rick! I'd worry about you if you got weak in the knees from Donny. No worries about deletion. I love your art and always hunt for the egg man. :-) Keep 'em coming!

I like white meat best, although I will eat the dark meat too. But, the very best kind of turkey meat is the kind that is made by someone else!!

I only eat the white, I think the dark meat is slimy.

Well your drawing does look like a weak little young turkey. But I like it. I love fried turkey, white meat of course. And smothered in gibblet gravy with cornbread dressing. and lots of other trimming falling off the plate. ooh now i am hunger.

Congrats to your daughter on her crowing on the previous post!! How exciting!!! And I love that vulture/turkey, he would have to be fattened up a bit before eating!! :) I like the white meat!! I agree with Onthegomom that the dark meat is slimmy. I love my turkey deepfried!! YUM!!

Gee, I like the dark meat. I don't think it's slimy, just kinda greasy. I think the white meat is dry. But, if you soak the bird overnight in a mixture of ginger ale and soy sauce, stuff it with a fruit and nut dressing, and cook it in one of those baking bags, it's all pretty good.

Why exactly do we eat turkey only once a year?
