Happy Mother's Day

I'm still waiting for approval on the Sneak Peek illustra- tion that I've been posting. I'll post the final version after I receive payment.

In the mean time, here is a doodle that some of you might want to Copy & Share If You Dare. I wanted to get it out early enough because I know that some of you like to plan ahead.

God bless you mothers. My Mom and Dad brought six of us into the world. While I thought that perhaps they should have stopped at three (my sister reads this blog), I never felt ignored or unloved. So this little doodle is dedicated to my mom.

I love you Mom, and... um... sorry about that window.

Rick, I'm pretty darned familiar with all those places you named in northwest Oklahoma - as I grew up in Freedom! You've probably heard of that place as well as those you mentioned. I remember a lot of good basketball games against Vici!

Rick ... I see you have quite a following of my 'scarf sisters' over here. Keep on painting for the Lord. And may your mom be doubly blessed for not stopping at three. (
That's for your sister's sake ;)

It's truly a small world isn't it? I have extended family that moved to Oregon back in the day. And my oldest sister lived there until recently, when she moved back to the Enid area. It's nice to visit with someone who knows where Vici, Oklahoma is and doesn't say "vikki". :)

What would the world be without Rick?! I'm sure your family and your mom ask that quite often! Glad you are alive and blessing us with your talent!
